Step 1

Cook bacon and let cool. Once the bacon has cooled down, chop the bacon into tiny bits. Set aside about ½ tablespoon of the bacon pieces and use the rest to mix into the aioli. You'll use the ½ tablespoon at the end to sprinkle on top of the aioli.

In a bowl, add the mayo, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, minced garlic and bacon and give it a good stir until it is well blended.
