Bacon Aioli

mayo

lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

garlic (finely minced)

smoked paprika

pepper

Cook bacon and let cool. Once the bacon has cooled down, chop the bacon into tiny bits. Set aside about ½ tablespoon of the bacon pieces and use the rest to mix into the aioli.  You&#039;ll use the ½ tablespoon at the end to sprinkle on top of the aioli.

Juice lemon

In a bowl, add the mayo, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, minced garlic and bacon and give it a good stir until it is well blended.

This bacon garlic aioli is the perfect dip for french fries, chips, and vegetables. Homemade condiments taste so much better than store-bought and it&#039;s super easy to make.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place the garlic head cut side up on aluminum foil. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt. Cover tightly and bake for 30 minutes.

Use your fingers or a fork to squeeze the garlic cloves out of their skins and set it aside.

Add 4-5 garlic cloves to a large bowl along with 1/2 cup mayo and whisk for 1-2 minutes.

Fold in the chopped bacon, chives, and lemon juice. Check for seasoning and enjoy!

turkey bacon (or pork bacon)

½ tsp coarse sea salt

½ tsp smoked paprika powder

garlic powder

¼ tsp ground black pepper

lemon juice (about half of one whole lemon juice)

Sear

Crisp up the bacon on a stovetop.  Dice to tiny bite sizes. Set aside 2 tsp of bacon for garnish use.

Combine

In a large mixing bowl, combine mayo with salt, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and lemon juice. Stir-well.

Add in the bacon and stir again to combine well so that every spoonful of aioli has little chunks of bacon bits.

Garnish

Garnish with the reserved 2 tsp bacon on top.
