Step 2
Heat a large frying pan on medium, then add 1 tablespoon of butter to melt. Add the sandwich and allow to sit and cook until the bottom is golden brown and the cheese is beginning to melt, around 4 minutes. Add the remaining tablespoon of butter, flip the sandwich over onto the melted butter and continue cooking for an additional 4 minutes, or until the bottom is also golden brown. Serve immediately.
