Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan forced.
Step 2
Scrunch up 12 squares (about 15cm x 15cm) of foil and place one piece in each hole of a 12-hole (1/3 cup capacity) muffin pan to create nests.
Step 3
Place one egg in each hole. Bake for 25 minutes. Transfer to a bowl filled with iced water and stand for 5 minutes. Serve.
