Seal the foil around the fish.

Place in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
Step 5
You can tell it's done when it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees. The fish should also be flaky. Gently press the thickest part of the fish using a fork. If it flakes easily, it is done.
