Step 1

In an 12oz jar, mash the banana until there are no big chunks. Add in the oats, chia seeds, and hemp seeds and stir to combine all ingredients.

Step 2

Pour in the almond milk, vanilla, and maple syrup and mix again until evenly mixed.

Step 3

Put a lid on the jar and refrigerate overnight to set. Keep refrigerated for up to five days.
