Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Grease loaf pans (I use cooking spray) and then lightly dust the interior with cinnamon sugar.

Step 3

With an electric mixer, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, beating well.

Step 4

Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Blend well.

Step 5

Add bananas, sour cream, and vanilla.

Step 6

Fold in pecans.

Step 7

Pour mixture into the prepared pans.

Step 8

Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until a cake tester comes out clean.
