Step 1

Slice the banana into 1 inch slices, and add them to the bottom of a blender

Pour the milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and lemon juice on top.

Step 3

Finally, add the ice cream. Blend everything together until very smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too cold and seizes up, add small splashes of milk to help it puree.

Step 4

Divide between two glasses and serve garnished with whipped cream and banana chips.
