Step 1

Cut the passion fruit in half with a sharp knife and scoop out the edible seeds and juicy flesh. Add them to a blender.

Step 2

Add the lime juice and basil leaves. Blend until everything is smooth.

Step 3

Add ice cubes into two different glasses. I used whiskey glasses for these cocktails.

Step 4

Add a shot of vodka into each glass. Strain the passion fruit-basil mixture and divide between the glasses.

Step 5

Top up with tonic water and enjoy cold.
