Vodka Watermelon Cocktails

(1/4 cup) chilled watermelon juice

(2 tablespoons) fresh lime juice about 1/2 lime

agave nectar, honey

Add watermelon juice, vodka, lime juice, and your choice of sweetener syrup to a rocks or cocktail glass then stir to combine. Fill glass to the top with ice then serve with fresh mint and garnish with a lime wedge or watermelon wedge. Alternatively, you could add the ingredients into a shaker, fill it halfway up with ice, then shake to chill.

If you like your drink fizzy, feel free to top it off with about 2 ounces of club soda or even Sprite.

Make a heavily concentrated chai tea, sweeten with honey, and add vanilla. Mix with vodka, coffee liquor (I always use Kahlua), and cream and you have a Vanilla Chai White Russian...the perfect holiday drink for both Thanksgiving and Christmas!

Vanilla Chai Tea White Russian

(1/4 cup) vodka

(3 tablespoons) Kahlua

(2-4 tablespoons) chai tea syrup

(2-4 tablespoons) heavy cream

1. In a medium pot, bring 1 cup water to a boil. Remove from the heat, add the chai tea bags, cover and steep 10-15 minutes. Remove the tea bags and add the honey. Bring to a boil over high heat. Boil 3-5 minutes, then remove from the heat. Stir in the vanilla. Let cool. Keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

1. Fill a glass with ice. Add&nbsp;the vodka, Kahlua, and chai tea syrup. Stir gently. Add the heavy cream and stir to combine. Garnish with cinnamon and star anise, if desired.&nbsp;
