Cook the chicken skewers on the BBQ.

Step 2

Cook the rice noodles according to the packet instructions. Drain the rice noodles and rinse under cold water. Place the noodles into a large bowl.

Add the chopped vegetables to cooked rice noodles with two thirds of the dressing. Mix well.

Step 4
