Step 1
Place oil, vegetables, garlic and onion into mixing bowl, then start High Temp. .
Step 2
Add tomato paste and herbs, then chop 10 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
Step 3
Add salt, wine, bay leaf and beef mince. Stir with spatula, then start Slow Cook /2 h/95°C.
Step 4
Place simmering basket instead of measuring cup onto mixing bowl lid and cook 25 min/Varoma/speed 1.
Step 5
Remove bay leaf and discard, then start Blend /1 min. Transfer stock into an airtight container. Set aside to cool, then store in the fridge (see Tips).
