Step 1
Slice the cucumber, red onion and tomato in cube shape.

In a small frying pan heat 1 tablespoon cooking oil over medium high heat, toast the boiled chickpea with red chilli powder and salt to taste until aromatic, about 3-4 minute and keep a side.

Transfer to the bowle and keep aside.

Mix in fresh sliced ginger, fresh chopped green coriander, green chilli,black pepper, cooked chickpea and roasted cumin powder to the cucumber, red onion and tomato.

Add chaat masala, fresh lime juice & a pinch of black salt.
