Export 8 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
In one pan, pour consome and warm up.
Step 2
In another pan, put in oil.
Step 3
Get out large griddle or skillet, and set to medium-high heat.
Step 4
Get your station of beef, mozzarella, onion, and cilantro ready.
Step 5
Take your tortilla and you can double these or just use one. I just used one for these but have done both. take your tortilla and dip in consome, followed by oil, and onto hot skillet or griddle. Sprinkle with cheese, then beef, onion and cilantro. With a spatula, fold over the empty side. Fry about 30 seconds or so. You can also take some of the chili oil and drizzle on top. Flip over for 30 seconds more or until golden brown.
Step 6
Repeat for however many quesadillas you want. Put onion, cilantro, and cabbage, sprinkled on top. Pour consome into a cup with more onion, cabbage and cilantro. Use consome for dipping quesadillas and drink the rest if you wish! Enjoy the heck out of em!
