Line an 8x4” loaf pan with parchment paper; leave an overhang to lift out later.

Combine dry ingredients in a bowl - crushed biscoff biscuit, vanilla protein powder, unflavored protein powder, oat flour and coconut flour.
Step 3
Add in milk - little at a time - and mix. Mixture will be like a dough.
Step 4
Transfer to prepared pan and press down.
Step 5
In the same bowl, stir Biscoff cookie butter, vanilla protein powder, unflavored protein powder and coconut flour to form a thick mixture.
Step 6
Spread on top of base and use back of spoon/spatula or fingers to smoothen.
Step 7
Place chocolate chips in a bowl, add in a bit of coconut oil, and place over a bowl of boiling water. Stir until melted.
Step 8
Spread chocolate on bar and use back of spoon to smoothen.Top with crushed biscoff cookies.
Step 9
Transfer to freezer to cool about 5-10 minutes.
Step 10
Lift layers out of pan, place on cutting board and using a warmed sharp knife, slice into 8 bars.
