Preheat oven to 350 ℉. Line a rimmed baking dish with parchment paper or nonstick cooking spray.

In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Using a cookie scoop, shape into 1-inch balls, (about 2 Tablespoons) squeezing sausage balls so they hold their forms.
Step 3
Place on a baking sheet.

Bake until brown, about 20 minutes.
