Mashing rinsed/drained black beans. Mix those with the tomato paste and seasoning.
Step 2
It makes 4 good size patties. Grill the patties for a few minutes per side to get the burgers lightly crispy and cook through the inside of the patty so it’s not mushy.
Step 3
You can also bake them if you’d like.
