Step 1
Fill a large cocktail shaker with ice. Add the Scotch, vermouth, cherry liqueur, beet juice, lime juice and pomegranate juice. Attach the shaker and lid and shake well until chilled.
Step 2
Rub the lime wedge along the rims of 4 chilled coupe glasses. Pour the black sugar onto a shallow dish and dip the rims of the glasses into the sugar.
Step 3
Strain the cocktail into each glass and garnish each with a cherry.
