Garlic powder is ground, dehydrated garlic. It is a very common seasoning. Applications include pasta, pizza, and grilled chicken. Garlic salt is simply salt plus garlic powder. (Pre-made products usually include an anti-caking agent.) Garlic powder is a common component of spice mix. It is also a common component of seasoned salt.

Lemon Juice

White wine vinegar

In a small bowl, mash blue cheese and yogurt together with a fork.

Stir in mayonnaise, lemon juice, vinegar, and garlic powder until well blended.

Season to taste with salt and pepper to taste.

This is absolutely delicious!   I love that it's low fat, but tastes creamy and decadent.  I made it exactly as per the recipe using Oikos plain Greek yogurt (although it is 2%).  It's a bit thick right now, so I may thin it a bit before using on a wedge salad.  A definite keeper!

I cut the Greek Yogurt to 4 oz and subbed 2 oz light sour cream and used distilled white vinegar instead because I didn't have white wine vinegar. I must say, I've tried a LOT of low-cal dressings before... This one I actually like! It's really good and I'll definitely be using this in the future!

Super easy and fast to make.  I used Greek Gods plain greek yogurt.  I used rice wine vinegar.  I only used 1/2T mayo.  I added some onion powder and 1T of buttermilk powder.  Very tasty.

Made this yesterday with the homemade Enchilada Sauce and it was delicious.  Definitely will make again!

I made this tonight and it was so delicious, I love how it turned out. I now don’t want store bought dressing, I just make Skinnytaste dressing and it’s so much better.

This was very good. Used it for buffalo wings. I just wish it could be thicker but I didn’t want to mess with the ingredients or the point value.

It's good but it definitely has too much of that "yogurt" taste. I might try the tweaks someone else suggested but the only true issue I have is I followed the directions exactly as written and mine is way too thick. What is the best way to thin it down?

This is the fastest, best blue cheese dressing I have made.  Use a good quality blue cheese and you will not be disappointed.  Does not need to sit very long before using, but does get better, and thicker, once refrigerated overnight.

I love this recipe! I usually leave out the mayo and it’s still terrific.
