Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 loaf pan with nonstick baking spray.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the butter and sugar until creamy. Add the honey, vanilla, yogurt, and banana and beat again.
Step 3
Sift the flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, cornstarch, cinnamon, and nutmeg into another bowl. Add the flour mixture alternately with the milk to the banana mixture. Do not overmix.
Step 4
Stir a it of flour on the blueberries, then gently stir them in by hand. Spoon the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 55-60 minutes. If the top of the bread starts to darken, cover it with a piece of tin foil around the 40-minute mark.
Step 5
The bread is done when a knife or toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs stuck to it.
Step 6
Remove and cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then flip out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
Step 7
Stir together the powdered sugar and orange juice and drizzle over the top of the cooled bread, if desired.
