Ingredients: 1 banana; 1 cup frozen blueberries; 1 cup coconut milk beverage; 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt; 2 tablespoons Toasted Coconut Almond Butter

This Blueberry Banana Coconut Smoothie is a great easy breakfast or snack.  Coconut milk, bananas, blueberries, almond butter and yogurt blend together to make a flavor and protein packed smoothie!

Toasted Coconut Almond Butter

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.  If you are having a hard time blending or getting a smooth enough consistency, add a little more coconut milk or water.  Serve immediately.
