Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.

Brush a 9" cast iron skillet or 7x10 baking dish with 1 tbsp butter.

Whisk together oat milk & vinegar to create buttermilk.

Stir in buttermilk and blueberries, mixing until just combined. Avoid overmixing.

Roll out the dough to ½" to 3/4" thickness.

Use a 3" biscuit cutter to cut out 8 biscuits.

Place biscuits in the prepared skillet or baking dish.

Bake for 17-20 minutes until the tops are lightly golden brown.

Mix milk, powdered sugar, and cinnamon until smooth.
Step 12
Drizzle the glaze on top of the baked biscuits.
