Step 1
Preheat oven to 375° and spray 3 quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
Step 2
Rinse blueberries and place in a large bowl.
Step 3
Sprinkle sugar, brown sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch and cinnamon over blueberries. Stir gently and let sit for 10 minutes while preparing the flour mixture.

Pour blueberries into prepared baking dish.

In a medium bowl, whisk flour, brown sugar, sugar, baking powder and salt together until combined.
Step 6
Using a pastry blender, or two forks, mix butter into flour mixture until crumbly.
Step 7
Pour boiling water into flour mixture. Stir until combined.
Step 8
Spoon topping mixture over blueberries and gently spread making sure to cover the blueberries completely.
Step 9
In a small bowl add all the brown sugar pecan crust ingredients. Stir to combine.
Step 10
Spoon brown sugar pecan mixture evenly over cobbler topping.
Step 11
Bake for 55 minutes.
Step 12
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped topping and enjoy.
