Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350℉ and spray a 9x13 inch pan with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper.
Step 2
Spread the frozen blueberries evenly on the bottom of the pan and drizzle the maple syrup all over them.
Step 3
Sprinkle the cinnamon all over the blueberries and then sprinkle the cake mix evenly over the top. You may need to spread it slightly so you have an even layer on top.
Step 4
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the half-and-half and melted butter and then drizzle over the cake mix, as evenly as possible.
Step 5
Gently tilt the pan to cause the liquid to evenly coat the top of the cake mix. You may need to use a spatula, but it's ok if there are drier patches.
Step 6
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the blueberries are bubbling.
Step 7
Allow the cobbler to cool for 10 to 15 minutes before serving with vanilla ice cream.
