Fill a large cocktail glass with ice.

Muddle 10 blueberries, lime wedge and juice, mint leaves, and simple syrup in a shaker until well combined.
Step 3
Add 1/4 cup seltzer and shake gently for 10 seconds, then strain over the ice in the prepared glass, pressing through a fine mesh strainer.
Step 4
Top off with remaining seltzer and garnish with additional berries, lime slices, and mint leaves as desired.
