Step 1
Fill two chilled collins glasses halfway with ice. In each glass, pour over 1 oz gin and 1oz elderflower and rose lemonade, stir to combine.
Step 2
Fill the rest of the glass with chilled sparkling rosé Moscato.
Step 3
Garnish with a rose petal (which I didn't :() and serve immediately.
