Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425 °F.

To an oven safe baking dish, add the Boursin to the middle, surrounded by the cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Bake for 30-40 minutes, just until the tomatoes begin to burst open and the dip bubbles.Sammy's tip: halfway through cooking, use a fork and press down a few of the tomatoes to release their juices.

Step 4

Remove from the oven, mix to combine and top with fresh basil.
