With the tip of a sharp knife score around the edge of the sheet, about 1/2 in from the edge, to form a frame.

Spread or crumble the Boursin cheese evenly across the pastry, leaving the edge free.

Top the cheese with the slices mushrooms, overlapping them to cover the whole surface.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and brush lightly with olive oil.

Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the tart is crisp and golden.

Eplucher et découper les carottes en rondelles. Faire cuire les rondelles dans une casserole d'eau salée durant 20 minutes.

Dans un saladier, mixer les carottes, le fromage frais, la crème, l'huile et le cumin en poudre. Saler et poivrer puis mélanger brièvement.

Prep. Let the cheese sit at room temp for about an hour to make it easy to mix. Low fat or spreadable cream cheese are easy to work in 15 minutes or less. Or microwave it for 10 seconds to soften it.

Blend in the seasonings with a fork. Let it age in the fridge for 4 hours or more if possible. This allows the oil-soluble flavors in the herbs to be extracted and marry with the cheese.

Serve. It is easier to spread on breads and crackers at room temperature. If there is any left over, plop it onto some plastic wrap and roll it into a ball or cylinder with the plastic tight against it and refrigerate. It&#039;ll last at least a week.

Cheesy Pancetta Wrapped Chicken Rollups

Kosher salt

½ teaspoon favorite herb blend

5.2 oz package Boursin cheese

mozzarella

pancetta

Preheat oven to 400F.  Spray a baking dish with baking spray.

Pat the chicken dry and season it with salt and pepper on both sides.  Place one teaspoon of Boursin cheese at the largest end of each chicken cutlet.  Sprinkle mozzarella over each cutlet.  Roll each breast cutlet up starting at the Boursin-cheese end.  Wrap each chicken rollup with one pancetta strip and place in the baking dish, seam-side down.  Brush the chicken with olive oil and sprinkle with your favorite herb blend.

Bake at 400F for 30 minutes or until a meat thermometer registers 160F internal temperature.  Remove from the oven, cover lightly with foil and let rest for 5-10 minutes.

g Brocoli (frais)

250 g Pommes de terre (four/purée)

càs Fromage ail & fines herbes

Épluchez les pommes de terre, puis coupez-les en dés.

Dans une casserole d’eau bouillante salée, ajoutez les pommes de terre. Faites-les cuire 15 minutes, sur feu moyen.

Pendant ce temps, lavez puis coupez le brocoli en sommités. Coupez les sommités en 2 ou en 4, selon leur taille.

Dans une seconde casserole d'eau bouillante salée, ajoutez le brocoli. Faites-le cuire 6 minutes, puis égouttez-le

Vérifiez la cuisson des pommes de terre et réservez une petite louche d'eau de cuisson. Égouttez, puis assaisonnez-les. Ajoutez le fromage ail & fines herbes, puis, à l'aide d'une fourchette ou d'un presse-purée, écrasez le tout. Si besoin, ajoutez un peu d'eau de cuisson afin d'obtenir la texture souhaitée.

Réchauffez les cordons bleu selon les instructions du paquet, jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient bien dorés et croustillants.

Dans une assiette, servez la purée aux fines herbes avec les brocolis et le cordon bleu. Re-assaisonnez selon vos goûts, c'est prêt !

Boursin &amp; Roasted Veggie Spread

tbsp olive oil (tossed

eggplant (roughly chopped)

zucchini (roughly chopped)

oregano

250 gram boursin wheel (original or chive flavour)

tbsp plain greek yogurt

garlic (thinly sliced)

tsp red pepper flakes

Preheat your oven to 400 °F.

Next, chop your vegetables into similar sizes pieces, leaving the cherry tomatoes whole.

To a large baking tray lined with aluminum foil, add the veggies.

Add the olive oil and all spices, and gently toss to combine.

Roast for 45-50 minutes, or until the veggies are very soft and the tomatoes begin to burst.

Allow the veggies to cool slightly while you prepare the whipped boursin spread and garlic chili crunch.

To a small food processor, add the boursin and plain greek yogurt and pulse until smooth.

To a large serving tray, gently spread over the whipped boursin.

Evenly spoon the roasted veggies onto the whipped boursin.

Next prepare the garlic chili crunch by adding the olive oil, sliced garlic and red pepper flakes to a small saucepan set to medium heat.

Stir frequently until the garlic turns a light golden brown colour.This should take 2-3 minutes. Watch closely, as the garlic can burn easily.

Spoon the garlic chili crunch over the whipped boursin and roasted veggies and finish with a pinch of flaky salt if desired.

Serve with crackers, pita chips or warm bread.

3-Ingredient Tomato and Boursin Pasta

(24-ounce) jar marinara sauce

(5.2-ounce) package Boursin Cheese ((Garlic and Fine Herbs

Prepare the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water, but do not drain.

While the pasta cooks, add the marinara to a large skillet over medium heat. Once warm, add in the Boursin and use your spoon to break it up.

Reduce the heat to a simmer and stir until the cheese has melted.

Once the pasta is al dente, use a pasta fork or tongs to transfer the pasta from the water directly to the skillet with the sauce, allowing excess water to drain away from the pasta before adding it. Toss to coat the pasta in the sauce. Add additional salt if necessary. Serve warm as a side or entree.

I loved this pasta dish!  My only addition was some fresh spinach just so I didn’t feel so carb guilty.  It is a simple tasty recipe and bonus points if you are vegetarian.
