Preheat the oven to 400F

Unfold the puff pastry sheet onto a piece of parchment paper cut to fit a baking sheet. Lightly dust with flour and roll out just a little bit longer and wider, to about 10x13, more or less.

With the tip of a sharp knife score around the edge of the sheet, about 1/2 in from the edge, to form a frame.

Spread or crumble the Boursin cheese evenly across the pastry, leaving the edge free.

Top the cheese with the slices mushrooms, overlapping them to cover the whole surface.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and brush lightly with olive oil.

Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the tart is crisp and golden.

400 g de carottes

g de fromage frais

0,08 litre de crème liquide

g de cumin en poudre

g d'huile de sésame soit 1 CàC

g de poivre

Eplucher et découper les carottes en rondelles. Faire cuire les rondelles dans une casserole d'eau salée durant 20 minutes.

Dans un saladier, mixer les carottes, le fromage frais, la crème, l'huile et le cumin en poudre. Saler et poivrer puis mélanger brièvement.

Faire cuire les épinards et bien les laisser égoutter, voir les presser pour qu'il y ai le moins d'eau possible.

Battre les œufs en omelette, et les mélanger aux épinards, saler poivrer. déposer le mélange sur une plaque à pâtisserie, et enfourner 15min four préchauffé à 180°c. 
à la sortie du four démouler et laisser tiédir 10min.

Étaler le fromage frais et placer les tranches de saumon fumé. Rouler délicatement et bien serrer, filmer le roulé, et réserver au frais une nuit avant de servir et découper.

Prep. Let the cheese sit at room temp for about an hour to make it easy to mix. Low fat or spreadable cream cheese are easy to work in 15 minutes or less. Or microwave it for 10 seconds to soften it.

Blend in the seasonings with a fork. Let it age in the fridge for 4 hours or more if possible. This allows the oil-soluble flavors in the herbs to be extracted and marry with the cheese.

Serve. It is easier to spread on breads and crackers at room temperature. If there is any left over, plop it onto some plastic wrap and roll it into a ball or cylinder with the plastic tight against it and refrigerate. It&#039;ll last at least a week.

Cheesy Pancetta Wrapped Chicken Rollups

½ teaspoon favorite herb blend

5.2 oz package Boursin cheese

mozzarella

pancetta

Preheat oven to 400F.  Spray a baking dish with baking spray.

Pat the chicken dry and season it with salt and pepper on both sides.  Place one teaspoon of Boursin cheese at the largest end of each chicken cutlet.  Sprinkle mozzarella over each cutlet.  Roll each breast cutlet up starting at the Boursin-cheese end.  Wrap each chicken rollup with one pancetta strip and place in the baking dish, seam-side down.  Brush the chicken with olive oil and sprinkle with your favorite herb blend.

Bake at 400F for 30 minutes or until a meat thermometer registers 160F internal temperature.  Remove from the oven, cover lightly with foil and let rest for 5-10 minutes.
