Step 1

In a pot, add oatmeal, coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.

Step 2

Place the pot on medium heat and bring it to a boil.

Step 3

Reduce the heat to let it simmer for 7 minutes until the oatmeal is cooked and the consistency thick. Set aside.

Step 4

Add soaked and drained cashews, water, maple syrup, lemon juice, and vanilla extract in a high-speed blender jug.

Step 5

Blend until you get a smooth and creamy paste.

Step 6

Peel the banana and split it in half lengthwise using a sharp knife.

Step 7

Scoop cooked oatmeal in the middle on the banana. Pour the cashew cream on top.

Step 8

Garnish with fresh strawberries, blueberries, coconut flakes, and hemp seeds.
