In a pot, add oatmeal, coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.

Place the pot on medium heat and bring it to a boil.

Reduce the heat to let it simmer for 7 minutes until the oatmeal is cooked and the consistency thick. Set aside.

Add soaked and drained cashews, water, maple syrup, lemon juice, and vanilla extract in a high-speed blender jug.

Blend until you get a smooth and creamy paste.

Peel the banana and split it in half lengthwise using a sharp knife.
