If you need a quick and healthy breakfast, you’ll love this six-minute Air Fryer Breakfast Banana Split!

Air Fryer Breakfast Banana Split

banana

maple syrup

cinnamon

nonfat Greek yogurt (I like Fage)

pecan halves (chopped)

optional: colored sprinkles and cherry (for topping)

Slice the banana lengthwise, 3/4 of the way through on the side of the banana so it doesn’t roll in the air fryer and open the the skin and banana slightly.

Top with cinnamon and air fry 400F 5 to 6 minutes, until soft.

Meanwhile in a small bowl, combine 1 teaspoon syrup with the yogurt.

When the banana is ready, top with yogurt, sprinkle with more cinnamon and the nuts and drizzle with the remaining 1 teaspoon maple syrup.

Optional, top with colored sprinkles and a cherry on top.

Enjoy this yummy Banana Split Oatmeal for breakfast or even dessert. It is hearty and comforting! Creamy oatmeal topped with strawberries, blueberries, coconut flakes and hempseeds.

Breakfast Banana Split

oatmeal ((Gluten-free))

water

coconut milk

vanilla

salt

raw cashews (soaked for couple hours)

lemon (juice)

strawberries

blueberries

coconut flakes

hemp seeds

In a pot, add oatmeal, coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.

Place the pot on medium heat and bring it to a boil.

Reduce the heat to let it simmer for 7 minutes until the oatmeal is cooked and the consistency thick. Set aside.

To Prepare The Oatmeal

Add soaked and drained cashews, water, maple syrup, lemon juice, and vanilla extract in a high-speed blender jug.

Blend until you get a smooth and creamy paste.

To Prepare The Cashew Cream

Peel the banana and split it in half lengthwise using a sharp knife.

Scoop cooked oatmeal in the middle on the banana. Pour the cashew cream on top.

Garnish with fresh strawberries, blueberries, coconut flakes, and hemp seeds.

To Assemble the Banana Split

Oh man this is so clever and seems like a fun twist on dessert for breakfast without the added guilt :) Love!
