Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C and line a loaf tin with baking paper.
Step 2
Place all dry ingredients together in a food processor and pulse until it resembles a rough crumb.
Step 3
To a large bowl, add nut butter, honey, vanilla extract and milk and whisk together until well combined.
Step 4
Add dry ingredients to wet and mix together.
Step 5
Press mixture evenly in to your prepared loaf tin and bake for 20-minutes, until it just starts to turn golden.
Step 6
Allow to cool slightly before removing from loaf tin and placing on a wire rack to cool completely. Slice in to 6 bars. Store in an airtight container for a couple of days or in the fridge (it will firm up more once cold).
