Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.

Mix together ingredients in a large bowl. The batter will be sticky. For best results, you may want to mix by hand or if you're using a stand mixer, I would recommend using a paddle attachment for the easiest mixing.
Step 3
Add scoops of dough to your cookie sheets and bake 8-9 minutes or until cookies are slightly crisp. They might look a little underdone but will firm up once removed from the oven and you don't want to over bake -- these are best gooey!
Step 4
Allow cookies to cool on the pan for a couple of minutes before moving them to a cooling rack.
