Ingredients: 1 cup butter (softened and spreadable) ((salted or unsalted, personal preference)); 1 teaspoon flakey salt; 2 whole heads garlic (roasted) ((see notes on how to roast garlic)); 2 tablespoon garlic chili oil or chili crisp/crunch; 2 tablespoon honey; 3 tablespoon cashews (pieces) ((optional)); 1/4 cup micro greens; 1 loaf crusty French bread (toasted); 1 cup mascarpone cheese (note: do not use butter on this version); 3 tablespoon fig jam; 1 tablespoon honey; 2 tablespoon pistachios ((raw or roasted)); 2 tablespoon dried tart cherries; 1 box Trader Joe's fig and olive crisps or crackers of choice; 1 tablespoon brown sugar; ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon ((can substitute pumpkin spice)); ⅛ teaspoon nutmeg ((can substitute pumpkin spice)); 2 tablespoon walnuts (pieces); 3 candied oranges; 1 loaf Brioche bread
