Place popcorn in a large bowl. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add sugar and corn syrup; bring to a boil. Boilstirring constantlyfor 2 minutes.

Remove from heat; stir in baking soda (mixture will foam). Pour over popcorn; stir to coat. Pour popcorn mixture on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet; spread out evenly. Sprinkle with salt.

Bake at 250° F for about 30 minutes or until golden.

Remove to wire rack to cool completely. Break into pieces.

Microwave morsels in smallmicrowave-safe bowl on HIGH (100%) power for 30 to 40 seconds; stir until smooth. If necessarymicrowave at additional 10-second intervals. Drizzle melted chocolate over popcorn.

Refrigerate for 5 to 10 minutes or until chocolate is set.
