Step 1

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Melt the chocolate by breaking it into pieces and microwaving in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely smooth. You can also melt it on a double boiler if preferred.

Step 3

Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly with a spatula.

Step 4

Sprinkle the toffee bits, toasted pecans, and shortbread cookie crumbles over the melted chocolate.

Step 5

Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the bark in thin streaks for a decorative touch.

Step 6

Allow the bark to set at room temperature for about 2 hours or refrigerate it for 30 minutes until firm.

Step 7

Once set, break the bark into pieces and enjoy!
