- Shred the cabbage finely.

- Heat 2-3 tbsp of oil in a large skillet.

- Add the shredded cabbage to the skillet and sauté over medium heat, stirring frequently, until it becomes tender and slightly golden (about 10-12 minutes).

- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk. - Add the flour and mix well to avoid lumps. - Add the dry garlic, half of the grated cheese, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and paprika.

- Grease a baking dish with oil. - Place the sautéed cabbage in the dish. - Pour the prepared custard over the cabbage and mix well in the dish to ensure even distribution. - Top with the remaining grated cheese.

- Let cool slightly, garnish with green onions, and serve.
