Step 1
To prepare this easy dish, you just need to follow a few simple steps given below. Firstly, wash the cabbage leaves under cold running water and let them dry. Chop cabbage and coriander leaves finely.
Step 2
Next, add lemon to the cabbage and coriander leaves. Finely slice ginger and green chillies. On the other hand, place a frypan over medium flame and put cumin seeds into the pan. Roast cumin seeds for 2 minutes till it turns light brown. Now gently crush them to powder them roughly.
Step 3
Now put cabbage leaves, yoghurt, roasted cumin powder, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, black pepper and salt in a bowl. Mix them well.
Step 4
Refrigerate the raita for 30 minutes, garnish with some coriander leaves and serve chilled!
