Step 1

Add sweetener and vanilla to cottage cheese and transfer to a blender or food processor.

Blend cottage cheese until smooth.

Step 3

Chop up strawberries and fold into cottage cheese mixture.

Step 4

Freeze for two to three hours.

Step 5

If frozen overnight, defrost in fridge for up to an hour.
