First make the caramelised white chocolate from this recipe.

Line a loaf tin, roughly 10x20cm / 4x8 inch, with baking paper.
Step 3
To the melted chocolate in a medium mixing bowl, add the marshmallows, rolos, cashews and sea salt. Mix well.
Step 4
Tip into the loaf tin and press into all the gaps. Make sure to scrape every bit of chocolate out of the bowl too.
Step 5
Chill for 2-3 hours. Take out of the fridge 15 minutes before slicing with a sharp knife.
