Just 5 ingredients and all kinds of delicious, this Caramel White Chocolate Rocky Road Slice is a next-level no bake chocolate slice. Caramelised white chocolate and a dash of salt take a traditional rocky road recipe to new, golden heights.

Caramel White Chocolate Rocky Road

250 g caramelised white chocolate ((9 ounces))

vanilla marshmallows

Rolos (or runny caramel filled chocolates)

unsalted cashews,

sea salt flakes

CHOCOLATE

First make the caramelised white chocolate from this recipe.

PREP

Line a loaf tin, roughly 10x20cm / 4x8 inch, with baking paper.

COMBINE

To the melted chocolate in a medium mixing bowl, add the marshmallows, rolos, cashews and sea salt. Mix well.

INTO TIN

Tip into the loaf tin and press into all the gaps. Make sure to scrape every bit of chocolate out of the bowl too.

Chill for 2-3 hours. Take out of the fridge 15 minutes before slicing with a sharp knife.
