Export 4 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Add all of the ingredients to a juicer and process. You can also add to a blender and puree until smooth.
Step 2
Transfer blended carrot mixture to a fine mesh strainer lined with a piece of cheese cloth over a large bowl. Use a spatula to press all the juice out of the pulp. (I also twist up the top of the cheesecloth and press the pulp with my hands too.)
Step 3
Serve over ice. Add a splash of sparkling water for some bubbles!
