Export 7 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
If you are using a food processor to make your hummus, dump all of the ingredients into the bowl and include about ¼ of the liquid that was in the can with the chickpeas. Blitz the ingredients until smooth.
Step 2
If you need to make the hummus by hand, drain all of the liquid away from the chickpeas and dump them into a bowl. Using the back of a fork, mash the chickpeas into a paste. Add the remainder of the ingredients and continue mashing until as smooth as you can get it.
Step 3
Wash and peel the carrots and store in water in a container and place into the fridge.
Step 4
This recipe makes 5 servings. That will be roughly 2-3 carrots and 80g of hummus.
