Bake for 60 minutes. Remove foil and discard. Take the lid off the cob and cut into chunks. Pull the hollowed out bread piece into bread croutons and place in a large bowl. Pour over oil and salt and toss to combine. Arrange around the cob along with the lid chunks. Return the cob to the oven. Bake for a further 10-15 minutes or until croutons are crisp and golden.
