Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180C.
Step 2
Lay one sheet of filo pastry flat. Place chicken in the centre.
Step 3
Top chicken with one rasher of bacon and sprinkle with cheese. Add herbs, if using.
Step 4
Roll chicken and place on baking tray.
Step 5
Repeat with remaining ingredients to make 6 pastries.
Step 6
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until pastry is golden and flaky.
