Step 1
To a large skillet over medium heat add in the oil. Once hot add the cubed chicken breast and taco seasoning stir and cook the chicken through. Add in the precooked Spanish rice and water stir well and let simmer for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
Step 2
Fill each tortilla with the chicken rice mixture and your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
