Ingredients: 1 large head cauliflower, sliced into 1"-thick steaks; 1 c. all-purpose flour; 1 tsp. garlic powder; 1/2 tsp. paprika; Kosher salt; 3 large eggs; Vegetable oil, for frying; 1/2 c. honey; 1 tsp. hot sauce

This might be the least healthy way to prepare cauliflower, but it's most certainly the best.

These were fabulous! Perfectly crisp, great flavor. I did not use the hot honey. I tossed them into my teriyaki chicken recipe. But I also tried as is--so good! I increased the paprika a tad & also added in some pepper. I also needed more of the seasoned flour mixture than the recipe indicated. Note: I'm not even a cauliflower person, but this was good.

Great recipe!  I used my favorite 'fried chicken' seasonings in the flower and half n half instead of milk.  Thinking coconut milk would work as well.  I added a little hot sesame oil to the honey hot sauce and served the pieces over sauteed greens.  It was like a meal out! Thank you!

I like the idea but kind of bland. Probably my fault w/flour & seasoning.

For my flour mix I added ranch seasoning. You are going to love it!!!
