Actually it is relatively healthy not everyone uses a lot of cheese or cheese at all, she made a statement that suited her and her family, not one to be judged by all of you health nuts.

These were pretty delicious! Made them according to recipe, and couldn't have been better.

I’m just gonna go on and say it! I used a green pepper, a yellow pepper, a yellow onion and followed the recipe and instructions to the letter-AND THESE WERE FREAKING DELICIOUS! Thank you for the recipe and one of our family’s new favorite foods! Yummmmmmm

Very easy and very flavorful.  Used cheddar and Buffalo chicken spiced cheese.  Yummy!!

Best Quesadillas I’ve ever had...or made.  I used packaged, cooked chicken breasts from Costco.  Just added the chicken and spices to the peppers and onions,  so yummy.  I will definitely keep this recipe and make it again.

Delicious!! Loved the seasoning on the chicken it really gave it that mexican flare. I shredded up the chicken to make it all flow together better. And I used a pre-shredded four cheese mexican blend but I am sure freshley shredded cheese would melt a lot easier and make the cheese and ingredients come together a lot nicer. Loved this! Will be making again!

Simple recipe.. easy to follow and delicious! Although I also added garlic powder to my chicken seasoning. Awesome recipe nonetheless!
