Step 1
Combine chilli, ginger and garlic in a bowl. Cut green beans into 5cm lengths.
Step 2
Heat a non-stick wok over high heat and add oil. Once oil is hot, add garlic, ginger, chilli and spring onions and stor.
Step 3
Cook for a minute or so, then add the pork mince. Once pork is cooked, add green beans and stir fry.
Step 4
While beans are still crisp, add sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce and 2 tablespoons of water.
Step 5
Allow to cook for a further 2 minutes, or until the sauce has reduced a little.
Step 6
Finally add peanuts and fresh basil, and serve immediately with jasmine rice.
