In a shallow, ovenproof bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, sugar, garlic, spring onion, ginger, cinnamon and food colouring. Stir to combine.
Step 2
Add pork fillets, turning to coat. Leave to marinade for at least 1 hour, turning occasionally.
Step 3
Drain pork from marinade and place on a rack over a roasting dish.
Step 4
Bake at 190C for 20 minutes or until juices run clear when tested with a skewer. Baste with marinade during cooking time.
