Step 1

Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk the wet ingredients together.

Step 2

Slowly blend the wet ingredients into the dry and mix well.  Next, gently stir in the chocolate chips.

Step 3

Grease a skillet or griddle with coconut oil, then use a 1/4 cup measuring cup to transfer the batter to your skillet.

Step 4

Cook the pancakes until bubbles form, then flip.
